Chaos Cosmos browser failed to load

Hi, I have been having trouble loading Chaos Cosmos on my iMac. Uninstall/reinstalling the chaos cosmos didn't solve it and my company checked the firewall but it did not change anything. I am not very knowledgeable on the technical side (firewall etc) but is there anything I can look into in order to solve the issue? Thank you in advance.

I've had the same issue for a few weeks - I use the stop chaos and start chaos and it seems to work fine, but then if I restart the PC I get the same error - will send Support the log file then
