downloading assets stuck before end

When you want to download any items from Chaos cosmos, it often happens that the download process stops. You can see that the download has reached, for example, 90% and since then the process has stucked.
It happened to me quite a few times, in metals, colors, and now in clothes.
The fact that I show in the screenshot many clothes downloading at once is not the cause. Even when I try on one of the above items of clothing, the process also gets stuck.
I am using the latest version of vray & cosmos .

Could you please open a support ticket in which to provide the log and config files of Cosmos?
