Vehicles with drivers or people on driver posing

Current vehicles are quite nice to do some nice renderings, only thing when doing renderings closer eg. street level or similar, can see cars and other vehicles without any driver. End result looks little bit weird, cars on the streets without any drivers.
At the moment need to do some on Photoshop to get drivers inside cars. Another option could be having people assets who are posing like drivers, then just placing those people inside car. I'm using Vray for Revit.
