  • Envision - Cosmos not loading

    Last night when testing the anima paths I hit "generate" and it automatically downloaded a load of cosmos assets.

    This morning when I do the same, nothing happens.

    The cosmos browser (build in to the GUI) is also empty/not displaying any content with no way of refreshing it? Not sure if this is a bug or by design as I'm so new to this.

    Hi Macker, please try the following steps:

    - Close all Chaos related software, and stop the following processes: Chaos Unified Login, Cosmos Browser, License Server (there is a stop process for each in windows start entries).
    - Re-enable all of them again by using the Start Chaos ULA, Cosmos Browser, License server
    - Try loading up Envision again.

    Lastly please make sure you can login through your Cosmos Browser properly, while in Envision UI navigate to File > Open Cosmos Browser.
    Please let us know if the issue persists.

        It's because the processes were restarted. So in case you encounter it again please follow the aforementioned steps.
