  • Anima "filled" path doesn't work

The path still treats the area as if it is a path, rather than a filled area. Also not all of the characters walk - some are static. Not sure why.

Hi Macker. Generally, if your characters don't move, it means that the path they are on is very small or tight for them to walk through.
I am afraid closed filled spline is currently not an intended/supported use case, you can try and rectify your issue by:

    - Switching your path interpolation to Catmul-Rom
    - Ideally work with regular spline path with enough spline-thickness for the characters to move on.

    I hope this helps, best

      Hi George,

My apologies, I may not have explained myself.

This is supposed to be a filled area, with people stood around talking, etc. As you can see the people have been distributed as if it were a path, not a filled area.

I understand, however this is not a supported scenario/use-case for the moment, this might be handled differently in the future. Possibly through scatter, or other means, however both solutions for the moment are not fully yet developed.
I will bring the issue with the team and update you as soon I have more news on the matter. Thanks again!
