  • cant find license on startup

Do you need to have a license of vantage to run Envsion?

Its shows "initializing choas vantage" in the corner of the startup window and then says it cant find license. I have followed the instructions from the troubleshooting guide on what to do if it cant find the license - ie terminated and restarted the programs listed in the task manager. However it still doesn't work

    Please advise

    Cheers

Hello, this is likely due to a bug or some issue with the unified login, there is no vantage license dependency anywhere. Are you using a remote server or local to authenticate?

In that case it is possible there is an issue with the account licensing, can you please contact our customer support and ask them to verify if everything is fine with the beta access and your account? If the issue persists please report back here, so we can consider alternatives.

I have an Enscape fixed license and am getting the same "can't find license" issue. Also within Enscape there isn't an option to export a file type suitable for Envision. I would like to test Archicad/Enscape/Envision workflows, but I have hit this licensing roadblock.

          Regards Nathan

Which version of Enscape are you currently using?
