RoomBox Plugin not working

Hi, i use vray6 the latest and sketchup 2019. When i add roombox interior, Vray shows beautifuly in renders. But Envision shows black, when i choose roombox material with eyedrop, it gaves error and close.

Hello kenancakir, we didn't implement explicit support for Roombox yet. However, you can try following the steps for Vantage as described here: https://roombox.help.lindale.io/faq/...-chaos-vantage

If this is still not working, we will need to investigate, in such case sharing the vrscene exported from SketchUp will help us reproduce and diagnose the issues.
