File > Save Mask as sequence... will save the resulting composition (this is used both for saving to image sequences and to video).
Make sure to change the resolution mask as needed so everything fits in the mask.
You can change the mask resolution by right clicking here:

If you don't see the info bar, you can toggle it from View > Information Bar (hotkey is `)

And you can view the mask borders by clicking this icon:

Name:	enable_mask_border.png

    Hope that helps.

Hi, This helps but if i put the same resolution of the video in the mask it crop the sequence or it resize the video smaller.
Do i need no manually place the mask with pan and zoom or is there a way to simply render out the composition at the same resolution of the video input ?
This workflow is really strange to me.
      Thanks

Hi, I end up zoomming manually to fit the resolution, it is not perfect and a waste of time. Also every time I accidentally move\zoom in the view i need to redo it.

I was just testing the software to understand if it can be usefull for quick compositon, if this is the workflow is not.
        Thank for the support

Hey, sorry for the delay. The most convenient way to avoid accidental zoom to be exported is to disable pan/zoom for the mask:

and then fit the layer to the mask:

We can definitely improve the workflow.
