Like the title says: Can I use the new VRayUVWRandomizer with Lavina?

No, we haven't added support yet.

There is a lot of overlap between the UVW Randomizer and the MultiSub texture, as we need to send additional data to the GPU per instance or per triangle in order to support the various randomization options.
So the UVW randomizer will most likely come after the MultiSub texture is supported.
