I'm trying to export from Lavina to max and there was mention of a script on the webinar, is this available for download?

I might be wrong, but i think you are looking for Scene manager app developed by pulze.io

i think you are looking for this Import Changes from Project Lavina at https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/LAV/Tools
And maybe you should try Scene manager as MX63 said, it's working more efficient and versatile for a very reasonable fee
