Memory usage : Railclone vs instances

Hi,

Do you know what is the most efficient in terms of memory consumption inside Vantage :
- A Railclone object
- Or the same thing without Railclone but with individual instances of objects ?

I think both should have the same memory usage. I think Railclone creates instances as well unless there is some mode I don't know about.
However with Railclone, I guess you can cull the instances outside of the camera frustum, which can lower the memory consumption.
We use roughly 400-450 bytes per instance on the GPU. So 1 million instances will use 400-450 MBs.
