Latest build requires Vray update 2?

EDIT: I see now that the correct information is only in the full changelog page, stating the livelink animation will not work until version 2 releases.

As the title suggests...though there is no update 2, unless I am looking in the wrong place.
There is an installer for 1.3 dated 1st October, but that is the same name as the previous installer from June this year, so I am confused. Please clarify

Yes, the animation rendering functionality requires the upcoming V-Ray for 3ds Max update, that will be released shortly. Stay tuned!
