3dsmax integration

So this is weird, the vantage bar keeps disappearing from my 3dsmas UI, not only that, when I look for it in toolbars menu, it isn't there, the only solution I have find out is to reinstall the software. Any ideas?

Did you reinstall V-Ray for 3ds Max or Vantage? You said this is a solution, so did the problem occur again after that? Are you using the latest versions of V-Ray and Vantage?

Well is a temporal solution until it happen again. What I have to reinstall is vantage, no problems with vray 3dsmax.

Could you please share:
- the exact version of 3ds Max
- the exact version of V-Ray
- the exact version of Vantage
- whether you used a non-default install path

We will try to reproduce the issue with this info.

During the installation I did everything standard.

Seems we don't have this exact version of 3ds Max installed anywhere in the office (I think you meant 24.0.0.923 by the way, not 21). And we haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Could you try updating 3ds Max? It's uncertain if the issue is caused by the specific version of Max, but we don't have better ideas at the moment.

Hi, can you try to reset 3ds Max to factory settings (Customize->Preferences..->General->[Restore Factory Settings]).

It just happened again, this time it happen after I installed ITOO forest pack lite... I'll try to reset to factory settings and keep you posted.
