when I export as vrscene there is an error I attached.

This looks like a V-Ray for Max issue not a Chaos Vantage one. Also can you provide more info on this - V-Ray version and a sample scene where this reproduces?

I found the problem. it was because of Itoo Forset. i use another library of forest and it is ok
