  • Railclone & Forest Lights

    Hi Chaos,

I tried exporting an interior scene that uses VrayLights in a Raiclone definition, because of the large amount and ease of 'scattering'. But as expected these lights weren't exported. Are you planning on supporting this please?

    Thank you!
    A.

    Hi Ashley,

I will log in your request and inform you when there is some development. In my test only lights from Forestpack are not imported into Vantage correctly. If you scatter them with Railclone they get imported. Which version of Railclone/Forestpack and V-Ray are you using?

    Best regards,
    Alexander

Is anyone still having problems with this. I can't seem to get railclone lights to show up in Vantage with either Live link or export. The geo comes in great, just no lights. BTW, lights are standard Vray sphere lights if that matters.

        Hi dlparisi,

We have forest and railclone scattered lights working internally. It will be available in the next or next-next release.

        Best regards,
