  • Quality of production render

Hello everyone, I would like to know how many Samples should I use in Chaos Vantage to get a professional result, free from artifacts, noise and flickers. I noticed that using 100 Samples I still have a lot of flickers, but increasing this parameter greatly increases the render time considerably. How should I configure my final render.

Another matter I'd like to ask you about is Corona Renderer support. I saw another question about this and the answer stated the possibility of rendering support, however there was no prediction. How is this issue? Is there any support forecast?

Thank you very much!!! I am very happy with the use of Vantage, it is an excellent tool

I think vantage's sampling depends on what kind of lens you need to render. If your lens can't see too much detail, it may only need 100-200. If your lens is very close, I've tried. It may need 800-n
I use 3090, and most of the animation shots are kept in the rendering time of 2-4 hours, which is the time range I can accept

I think corona's support may be in the future, because Vray has many functions that are still waiting to be supported.

The number of samples required really depends on the amount of noise you have in your image.
This could be very very different depending on how you've lit the scene and what kind of materials you have.

It also depends on size of output...rendered a 720p animation with only 300 samples less and took about an 1 to 2 hrs for 300 frames to render out.
