Start Chaos Vantage Link not working in Sketchup

Hi, I tried using the Sketchup Chaos Vantage Live link but it did not work. However, custom link did work. Is there any reason why Chaos Vantage link did not work? Thanks

What versions of Vantage, Sketchup and V-Ray for Sketchup are you using?

In max, sometimes we have to press the button twice. This happens intermittantly
On 1st press it just loads vantage with a blank scene with the clouds. But pressing the livelink again, loads the current scene

Maybe this is same issue in sketchup?

I'm using Sketchup 2022, the latest Vray 5 and the latest Vray Vantage.

Is Vantage set on a port different than 20701? Because the live link button works only on that port.
