i was thinking of putting in a wish list item of being able to import an animated 3ds max vray camera into vantage, rather than exporting a vrscene with animation. i think partly because it so far it seems like a vrscene file is a lot bigger when you export as animation? so i'm not sure if that would be helpful feature or not - to be able to import an animated camera without having to choose export with animation?

The export dialog in Max allows you to choose parts to export (as separate files). If it's a physical camera you could also first select it and choose "export selection only".
On the Vantage side if you drag and drop a vrscene you will be asked by default which parts to import, so you can also only import the cameras from a full vrscene file.Last edited by npg; 02-09-2022, 07:54 AM.Nikola Goranov
