No Suitable GPU Found

I am having an issue to open the vantage software is says no gpu found, kindly see the attachment.
Recently I have purchased the software of 2023 version which require latest graphic driver so I updated driver.
Can you please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi. Your P4000 GPU is older than the minimum requirement of RTX and newer: http://docs.chaos.com/display/LAV/System+Requirements
P4000 is from the Pascal generation of 2016-2017 while we require a Turing (2018 ) or newer.

However these older GPUs that have no hardware raytracing acceleration may still be able to run Vantage (even though it's not officially supported). There is an issue with version 1.8.4 that raised the requirements additionally, so please try downloading build 1.8.3 instead, link below. If it doesn't work either then you will need a newer GPU in order to use Vantage.

I have the same problem but with a GTX 1060 6GB video card. As you can see in the log file the operating system is updated to the latest version. with Vantage version 1.8.3 works great. have i to wait for the new update 1.8.5 of Vantage as I read in another post?

Thank you for the reply and I will try to install 1.8.3.
Software which I recently bought around $3500 and it is working fine, but you are right my GPU is older and hope so I will manage to buy the latest one.

Vantage 1.8.3 is working fine with the latest Driver and I feel sad I won't be able to run new version (GPU is matter)

sandro_marasco yes, the requirement about inline raytracing as seen in the warning message below was introduced by mistake in 1.8.4. This requirement is not present in previous versions and should not be present in 1.8.5. It will only be a requirement for future major updates.

But I will stress on this again: GPUs before the Turing generation (RTX) are not officially supported. These old GPUs do not have hardware raytracing acceleration and will render slowly. Also the 1060 specifically only has 6GB memory which is quite limiting if you have larger scenes.

Thanks for your response, buy a new RTX video card is on hold.
