  • CHAOS Vantage and Phoenix

Hi all. I am new with Phoenix so maybe I do something wrong. My problem is the follow. I create a fluid ( water running from a tap into a recipient ), making the simulation ( ex 250 frames simulation ), opening Vantage via direct link and inside Vantage i can see everything ( objects, my cameraanimation etc ) except the water animation ...in precise i cannot see the Phoenix particles( the fluid animation ) in VAntage. How can I correct it ? Thank you ...PS in 3ds max i see my fluid animation correct

    Hi spiros_voutselas,

Currently there is no direct support for Phoenix in Chaos Vantage , but there is a workaround to see fluid simulations in Vantage. You need to set the Rendering mode of the Phoenix sim to Mesh and add a 'Turn to Mesh'(or any other meshing ) modifier: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1k8aN...ZN03lUDgz0DCdm. You can also visualize particles but you would have to find a way to mesh them using tyFlow for example.
We do plan to improve Phoenix support in the future.

    Best regards,
    Alexander
