  • Vantage Live Link does not show clean clear image

    Hi,

When I initiate Live Link, the initial Vantage screen looks stable and works fine. But after I save the scene in 3DSMax my live link screen looks weird. I cannot see any details. https://youtu.be/sJWxufviE1w

How can I sort this issue? Please help.

It will look like this at 1 AA sample, which means something is constantly restarting the sampling.
Are you playing the 3dsmax animation or maybe there is a script running that changes something in the scene?

If it's none of that, we would need a .max scene to examine and determine the source of the issue.

It's a still render image and not an animation. Its not just this scene, but seems to occur with other scenes too. Works fine with all the edits in the scene until I try to save my scene in 3DSMax.

Which versions of V-Ray and Vantage are you using ?
Can you record a video of what's happening exactly ?

          I am using VRay 6, Vantage 1.8.6.

I just noticed it happening when Railclone objects are there in the scene. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I don't know, I need a scene to reproduce the behavior and check exactly what's going on.

              Hi,
I see that you have a ticket about this issue in our system. I just sent you a reply with the link to our file transfer service, so you can upload the 3ds Max project file there.
              Thank you!
