Is 2.0 worth of upgrade from 1.8.6?

As mentioned in the title - is Vantage 2.0 worth of upgrade for archviz renders? I read changelog and find only scene states addition which can be potentially used for day/night renders, if at all.
Those who use 2.0 daily, did you record any major improvment in your work?

Does it matter? I mean, you can only purhcase Vantage 2.0. I wouldn't think anything below is working for anyone.
