Yes, the latest Vantage release supports DLSS 3.5.
You can select it from Edit -> Preferences.
If the option is not there, you have to update you GPU drivers to the latest ones.

Great for moving in viewport and working with larger scenes - can't render with it, so just a great viewport tool.
