  • Importing vrscenes in an organised way

I was doing some testing and i was trying to learn if theres any faster way to turn off/on objects by layers or groups in scene outliner of vantage.

first i tried putting obejcts in different layers and exporting the whole file as 1 vrscene. but the vrscene discarded layer names and shows as individual objects and not under layer name.

then i tried grouping different objects and then exporting the file as vrscene. but again the objects show as different objects and not under one group.

each time vantage objects section looks like this

so whats the correct way to do it.

I noticed that when i export forest objects they come under one name and u can turn off the whole forest object with one click.

how to do something like that with other objects in scene

Just use the "scene explorer" instead of the "layer explorer" and create some dummy objects to parent to.
It could be an empty mesh or a "Dummy" object.
