Vraysun and Vraysky

Working on a project using the vraysun and vraysky linked to a dome light. When I open the file in Vantage and use the altitude/Azimuth adjustment, I notice that the vraysun adjusts but the sky doesn't. How do I link these two so that when I adjust the vraysun it adjusts the sky with it? Or is that not possible?

Maybe you have two VRaySun lights in your scene ? Only one of them is connected to the Sky and controls its position.
