Noise problem

Hello people!
I have a noise problem (link's video below) everything is really nice only the pergola (pergola behind the pool) had the noise problem. I try to rise up samples from 600 to 1000, the noise problem continues.

I am not seeing where the noise is. Can you point it out on a screen-shot ?

Hi, thanks for posting. It is very difficult to tell trough a you tube video.

Are you talking about the slight "boiling" around here:



It is not a bad idea to send your animation over the ticketing system so there is no loss in quality. It will be easier to spot small issues.

here is the frame, u can see there is a noise.
The video is in 4K i think in less than an hour youtube put that resolution.
Motion blur is activated

4k is available now on youtube! U can see the noise problem is only in that geometry (pegola)

I solved the problem!!! i don't realy know exactly what tweak do the trick or if the all tweaks at the same time does the trick. This is the list of the tweaks that i made:

1.- decraese light intensity from 1000 to 300
2.- clean the material of the pergola (no bumps, reflection maps, etc)
3.- increase samples from 600 to 1200

the noise desapear but times triplicade

Hi, we are very happy to hear you managed to fix your issue. All of the three points that you have listed can have an effect on noise. Decreasing the light intensity may or may not have an effect.
