  • Where do I find the current frame number?

    I might be losing my mind, but I can't see what the current frame is anywhere. I've set the time display to frames and I can see the frame range, but not the exact frame I'm on.

    It should look something like that if there is any animation in your scene

      Thank you. I still don't know what frame I'm on? I want to render an exact frame range so need the exact frame numbers. Please see my screenshot

        Just to elaborate, my pointer is currently on frame 250, but I want to start the animation slighlty before this, in-between the division lines. Normally you would find a 'current frame' but I don't see anything like this anywhere.

          Yes, the current frame is at the start of the timeline, to the right of the play button.

            Oh my word, thank you so much! Feature suggestion , please make this SO much bigger and obvious. I would have never seen this myself.
