How to save and reopen Chaos Vantage files?

Hello,

Here at the office, we are testing the use of Chaos Vantage in combination with SketchUp through Live Link.

After making adjustments, configurations, and animations, when saving and attempting to reopen the file to continue development, a message appears stating that the file is not associated with a vrscene or supported format. As a result, the file does not open. (Attached the mensage)

How should we proceed to work with Live Link from SketchUp, saving and being able to reopen the file to continue the previously developed work in Vantage?

When you start the live link again, open the .vantage file and click "No" in the dialog in your screenshot.

Thanks for the reply!


I did what you suggested, but I opened the file with the "Open Scene as Config Only..." option.
Because the "Open Scene..." command was disabled.

Apparently everything worked correctly. Is this process correct?

Yes, that's the correct process.
However not everything is supported when you are in a live link.
