ROG Z13 FLow 2025 - Ryzen ai max 395+

This is a monster tablet size laptop, can have up to 128gb vram. Planning to get one. Would like to know if Vantage supports Ryzen ai Max 395+?

So far we have not allowed the app to run on AMD integrated graphics (including our latest version 2.7). However I see that these latest models have up to 40 CUs, so we can consider enabling the app to run at least on AMD iGPUs with for example >= 16 CUs. I will see if we can find a machine to test with... In any case enabling some AMD iGPUs would require a Vantage update.

We found a laptop with a similar GPU (just 16 CUs). It works, albeit at low framerates. We will allow integrated AMD GPUs with 16 or more CUs from our 2.8.0 update planned for next month. I can make no promises for how good the performance will be. A couple of features are NVIDIA-only in Vantage, namely the DLSS and Optix denoisers. We expect the Intel denoiser (which works on AMD) to start supporting temporal stability in the near future. Currently animations may flicker because of the lack of this feature. This is the main reason support for Intel and AMD render devices is still marked as experimental.
