d3d errors on launch

I've just updated to Beta 3 and have had numerous D3D errors on startup. Is this a driver issue? (I recently updated my driver to the latest for the 2070 Super). It's mentioning that theres not enough memory. There was an issue with the previous driver not clearing the cache, maybe this is similar?

Yes - the latest NVIDIA driver is incompatible with Lavina. Please return to an earlier driver for Lavina to work properly.
