  • Live Link activated - Exposure defaults always to None

    Hi there!

I have several Physical Cameras in 3ds Max with all the parameters adjusted; when I start Live Link the exposure is always too dark. To solve this I go to the Camera settings > Color & Exposure > Change None to Physical.
This wouldn't normally be a problem; however, whenever I select a camera in 3ds Max the Exposure in Lavina the exposure resets to None, having to select Physical manually every time. Is this a characteristic of being in Beta still, or am I doing something wrong?

Are you using an Exposure Control in the Environment & Effects tab ?
Lavina doesn't currently support those, we have it logged to resolve this.
You should switch to <no exposure control> and work with the V-Ray Physical camera only.

You have to select Physical exposure in all of your cameras, not just one, Lavina will follow the setting for the current camera.
If that's not happening, can you please attach a simple scene where that's not working ?

You're right, I am using Exposure Control - Physical Camera Exposure Control. I am also using Physical Cameras.
Thank you very much for your help.
