Blank Screen while Rendering

I have bought a powerful laptop lately so to make sure I won't have problems with the new updates. However, the Vray Editor became a bit slow and when I'm rendering sometimes it come a blank dark screen. I had checked my lighting settings to make sure but remains the same. Also when I close the Vray windows for some reason it will remain at the back of the screen/memory. Can anyone help please
