I have a problem with this video card, its to old to work with vantage?

Yes, it is too old.
DirectX Raytracing (DXR) is not supported by the nVidia drivers on this GPU.
Note that Quadro RTX 6000 which has a confusingly similar name and is a much more recent GPU is supported.
