GPU not been utilized completey

So I was rendering an animation today, noticed that only 70% of the GPU was been used. Is this normal or it it only with my computer?

I think this is an issue with the task manager. I just tried it myself - it reports ~65% there, but MSI Afterburner shows that the GPU is in fact used at 99% with power usage >= 90%. I double checked using GPU-Z and it shows the same as Afterburner. So I think you should just use a third party app instead of the task manager. Windows is probably not aware of the full complexity of a modern GPU, e.g. usage of RT cores, etc.

You are right. I just measured it with GPU-Z . Its 100 %
