  • When I rotate screen, there is a black box.

It can't be captured using capture tools or Prtsc button. I updated my graphics card driver ( for Nvidia Studio ) but still occurs.
This black box tracks my mouse.

    Hi beomsu_kim,

Did you have the same issue with the previous version? Have you installed any windows updates? Does this behavior occur only in Vantage or in other software?

    Best regards,

When you say "rotate the screen" do you mean rotating the camera? Like rotating around the tree or looking around? Which keyboard/mouse combination did you use?

We hide the mouse cursor while the camera is being moved, so this bug is probably somehow related to this. But I suspect it will be very hard to reproduce it and if we can't reproduce it, it will be hard to fix.

Did you have the same issue with the previous version? - Yes

Have you installed any windows updates? - Yes

Does this behavior occur only in Vantage or in other software? - I use Sketchup with V-ray, Rhinoceros with V-ray but this occurs only in Vantage.

There is a possible workaround. You will have to set an environment variable before running Vantage. Use the Windows control panel to create the environment variable VRDX_REMOTE_DESKTOP with value 1. This will be saved permanently so you may have to go back and delete it if it doesn't help. This variable will disable cursor hiding in Vantage.

Yes, it is what I thought. You are rotating the camera and when the cursor gets hidden it becomes a black square instead. Try the environment variable.
