Livelink Stopped working

Hello, my livelink has suddenly stopped working. I'm using Vantage 1.4.1. I'm using (and re-installed) V-Ray 5 1.3. Exporting a scene works fine, but livelink opens VFB2, Vantage, but then just hangs, waiting on 20701. Is there a config file or something I can delete to get it going again? Any further info I can send you?

Is there some error/info in the VFB log in V-Ray for 3ds Max ?

Can you remember any changes you made (Windows, software updates) to the machine before it stopped working ?
