Reflection Flicker

Hello. We are getting flicker in reflections. If you check the video the glass railing and floor reflections are flickering. any idea why ? samples are set to 400.
Mblur is off and Dof is on.

Can you send us the scene ? The flickering is caused by lots of noise that's hard to properly denoise.
We need to take a look to know if we can improve the noise.
