Note that if you disable the light tree entirely, the rendering might be incorrect, as there is an upper limit on the number of shadow rays that can be traced.
With too many lights in the scene (and a disabled light tree), this upper limit may be reached and some lights won't add their contribution.

Thaks a lot! i will try your sugestions. I uploaded the video for you see the results, i satisfy with the results but have some big problems in 3 points :
minute 00:56 noise on the glass of the bottles
minute 1:17 flickering on the bucket of beer (same bucket of the top of the video with no problems)
minute 1:29 noise on the couchs

**from 1:02 to 1:09 i solved the problem

What settings did you use for this sequence?
        - Denoiser "reduce flickering"
        - Light cache on/off
        - Max. secondary ray intensity on/off and value
        - Light tree on/off and samples
        - Sequence samples per frame

Hi Npg, I don't remenber :/ . But the scene with the bucket i used 1350 samples, unticked "denoise flickering", light cache ON, (max secondary valeus i don't know what it is ), Lightree as default. Also untick animated noise.
Right now i trying another sequence more complex than that and use the same values but with lightree with 8 samples. it's perfect!!!! (my first impression viewing the frames one by one) is taking more time to render the sequence but worth the price. Later i will post another video with the new results. Thanks a lot! If you still needed i can upload the scene as soon i end the work.

I'm curious how much you could reduce the samples per frame (which are 1350 according to what you said) when using 8 light tree samples. You said it's slower, but the higher quality should allow you to reduce the number of camera samples. It would require a bit of experimenting to find the best number though.

Yes, i will tweak this later, i'm in a dead line right now . I suppose i can reduce the time tweeking the samples per frame but now i prefer not to risk, the way it is, is good to me.
In the new sequence i1m working the only problems i have was:
1.- awkard reflex in a door, workaround i minimize the reflex valeu
2.-Awkard highlights in a model, to workaround the problem i put the model out of the range of the spotlight

Yes, please, it might be very helpful when testing new algorithms.

                  Hi people,
finally i see the results with the new configurations, it's way better!!! but i notice the problems are the highlights of the reflections is this particular scenario. (remenber this is my firts work on vantage and gpu) so my materials maybe need some tweaks, To workaround this problems i simply reduce the reflection valeu and the problem is almost gone. I don't know if this is the right way but it work for me.
The render are more clean, less noise, no blinking materials. maybe with more samples per camera the renders where better, but i have no time. I'm working in a strange resolution 1500x843, i will compress to 720p i assume the compression will turn the "lack of quality" imperceptible.
Tomorrow i will upload the video,

Here's a version we rendered at 1080p 350 samples 30fps. turned the animated noise off, light cache off, light tree at 5, and reflection bounces at 2 and refraction bounces at 8. Since we have many vignettes, this was a great setting for us.

We tested this also at the same settings except with 60fps light tree 8, 5 reflection bounces, and 15 refraction bounces, and the video was very good, but the render time was so long that the previous settings were a good medium for us.
