Send animation/Cosmos issue

I am clueless tbh....I have updated Vantage at each revision for Max 22 and there has not been any problem, so no idea what may cause it with simply doing the same for Max 21.
I'll leave it with you guys to try to figure out. Nobody else has reported this so maybe it simply is a thing on my machine...

With the AV thing...no change to that between installing either version, so probably not the issue.
