Just made the same config on my system in 3ds max 2023, but the toolbar is solid in a few restarts.
Can we try another remote session for debugging? If yes, please ue the chaos support form to submit a ticket and contimue there.

Has your Vantage remained? I noticed that when I change the VFB, slidng the History closed, it comes back every time I open the VFB. This is the same for all SINI dialog boxes.

Switched to V-Ray 6 on 3ds max 2023 soon after the tests.

Do you mean that closing/sliding the History panel will not save this setup when you reopen the VFB? If you have the same problem with other plugins then this indicates problems with saving the 3ds Max settings. Do you have admin rights to your user?
Do you have а Maxstart file? If yes, can you try to remove it for a test?

I do have admin rights. No MAXSTART. Really, everything is clean and I only have a few plugins, all common ones. The SINI plugin is probably the only less common one.

Maybe we can try one more time in a remote session and try to get more details about this case. We are actually running tests here on Windows 11 and 3ds Max 2023 very often and there are no issues with the Vantage toolbar.
You can submit a ticket where we can set-up a session time.
I don't have any other suggestions to share right now, but if someone here has any more ideas or solutions, will post them here.

I created a ticket and I was asked to provide more infomration. Can you update my new ticket? I would be reiterating what I have been writting here. Also, I read some forum posts about V-Ray locking up MAX so you can't customize things, which is the exact issue that I am having.
