Frequent light and shade changes in auto exposure

I output an indoor animation, and the whole path includes indoor to outdoor
Vantage's auto exposure has frequent light and shade changes during this process, which seems to be unstable

The change is very weak, but the frequency is very fast, so it can be caught by the eyes
