no frame being saved with "Render animation with Chaos Vantage"

Dear all,


I'm currently experimenting and issue while rendering an animation sequence.

I'm using Chaos Vantage over 3DSMax 2021. I start the rendering throught the 3DS max command button. On the Vantage UI I can see that camera moves normally and it shows how each frame is being rendered as if everything was working fine. However I see no frame being saved at the export destination folder. Is anybody experimenting the same issue?

My Chaos Vantage version is 1.7.2.

Hi Javier,

Are you by any chance saving your images with non-latin names? Because there is an issue with that and is fixed for the next release. If that is not the case can you record a video that shows the issue?

Thank you so much! My file path has the "Ñ" letter. So, I change the name and It works!

We are releasing a patch today and it should work with any characters when you update to 1.7.3
