Can I somehow randomize light color and get right gi or it undeveloped function? Use in this case VrayMultiSubTex

  • #2
The VrayMultiSubTex won't work correctly in Vantage when used as the texture of a rectangle light.
The reason for this is that the rectangle light's texture is baked once per shading graph, not once per light.
This is an optimization in case you have hundreds of lights with the same texture.

You can always just apply different colors to the lights.

As for the Vraymtl case, you have to enable shading graphs for glossy/GI rays for the VrayMultiSubTex to look correct for GI rays.
