There is no Vantage Toolbar in 3ds max

Hello i saw that there was the same topic but there is no solution of the problem.
This is the old topic https://forums.chaos.com/forum/chaos...ax#post1094383.
The problem is when i install the Vantage any version and get in 3ds max there is no vantage toolbar. There is no MCR vantage files in this directories.

• %localappdata%\Autodesk\3dsMax\2021 - 64bit\ENU\usermacros

I am with 3ds max 2020 vray 6 and with i9 10900k and RTX2080ti. Please help meeeee.

Hi, the linked forum thread is outdated. We no longer install mcr files in 3dsMax directories. The scripts are shipped in the Vantage folder (Vantage/dcc_scripts/3dsMax) and V-Ray for 3ds Max automatically finds them there. Don't you have a "Vantage Toolbar" item in the menu when you right click on the Max toolbar?

You are the man! There is nowhere to create the vantage toolbar but the script you made is working (Bobby Vantage Test)! Is it possible to give me the other butons too. And is there a permanent solution finally. Is there a chance to make vantage to support corona render like D5 render did with ease. And also when will the displacement work like in the other Real Time softwares? Thank you very much !

Martin, are you having the same issue that the Vantage toolbar initially shows up after being installed but later disappears? We were not able to reproduce or debug Bobby's issue, sadly.

Not the same in my case the toolbar never show up.
I looked at all possible places where I can turn on the toolbara.

Yes it is exactly the same.

Well, I have no idea why it wouldn't work then. V-Ray will only skip creating the Vantage toolbar if the registry key is missing (meaning Vantage is not installed).

Does running Max as administrator make any difference?

No difference. It worket with user: Morne's script but i need the other buttons too.

I am still reinstalling Vantage every single time I need to use it.

glorybound Now i am with Vray 6 00 08 and vantage 1.81 and max 2020 and everything works perfect. When i install vray 6 and everythin was OK after that.

It might be a MAX 2023 issue or Maybe a Windows 11 issue. It is still happening here. Probably the same thing as the Railclone and Forest Pro toolbars not staying put where I dock them.
