Runs but doesn't show on screen

Hi. Vantage runs and pops up for a second and then disappears. I've reinstalled several times hoping its some issue with the opening position of the vantage viewport - nothing helps. Any ideas? The program worked fine yesterday - super frustrating when having a deadline.

The log looks normal, there are no errors. It seems to have loaded the startup scene with the tree successfully. But there was no window? It looks like this is a laptop, have you been using an external monitor (now or earlier)? Try renaming vantage.ini to something like vantage.ini.save in the same directory as the log file, see if the window shows up. This file stores the window location and maybe it's at some invalid coordinates...

Ok thanks!. I'll give it a try. Yes i've been using different gpu's as well as different external monitors when moving around. Can hardly blame Vantage for that i know its hard to predict all the wierd setups people use.

If this solves your problem, you could restore the original vantage.ini file in order not to lose other settings and manually edit the window position in the file to some simple coordinates like Pos=@Point(100 100) -- this is on line 3 of the file or thereabouts.
