New vantage user: My textures are not transporting into vantage??

I have been using vray for sketchup for the past 8 years. I am trying to use Vantage, but am having issues. When I run a "live link", the model imports successfully into vantage, but does not include any textures. When I click the "materials" tab on the right nothing is there. What am I doing wrong? Attached is the view rendered, as well as an additional view, as I can see it in vantage. Anyone have any ideas for me? Thank you!!

Are the textures on a network drive?

Could you share the log file: %APPDATA%\Chaos Group\Vantage\debug_log.txt ? Note that it will contain file names. You have to load this scene before copying the file because it's overwritten each time you start Vantage.

When I click the "materials" tab on the right nothing is there

This is expected and is a current limitation. When in Live link the Materials, Objects and Lights tab will be empty, without content(except for the environment section in the Lights tab). If you export a vrscene and load it in Vantage, those tabs will be properly populated.
