animation streaks on wall

v1.8.1, 400 samples, Light Cache off, 5 samples for lights, auto exposure off.

there are many frames like this, but also many frames where the wall is smoother.

in two other cameras, i'm noticing this on this same wall but the wall is in the background.

in another camera and another area, i notice it on some temporarily white dining booths.

this is a test-animation to see the camera movements and views, so not a big deal unless i can't get rid of it

i'm using 2 GTX1080ti cards
