Vantage lock up when Importing appended assets

I am using Chaos Vantage with an Nvidia RTX card. I was able to open up my Vantage session, then I added some assets from the Chaos Cosmo library. Then I saved the file and closed it.

When I reopen the file it locks up and spins at the importing appended assets notification at the bottom left of the screen.

Does this happen every time? Have you tried with a different scene and/or different Cosmos assets? Have you updated to the latest Cosmos (for example from the Cosmos about box)?

If you can, please share the Vantage log file generated when this occurs. It's in %APPDATA%/Chaos Group/Vantage/debug_log.txt (the file contains filenames in case this is sensitive information).
