Chaos Cosmos permissions to download folder. Unable to Change.

When running the Chaos browser in Vantage I am unable to download anything or import anything. It says that the download folder is not accessible. When I go to settings to change it I am unable to do so. Can anyone help? I thought I had fixed this before, but now sure how I did it. Thx

Hi david_heath,

Can you please restart the chaos cosmos service -> Start menu>Chaos Group>Stop Chaos Cosmos Browser and then Start menu>Chaos Group>Start Chaos Cosmos Browser. Then start Vantage and try again to sign in.

I tried this and was unable to make it work. I have attached the errors I am getting. When I try to "Sign In" to Chaos Cosmo Browser nothing comes up. Not sure what to do here. I have a client coming this afternoon and I am dead in the water.

Check if your antivirus/firewall is blocking network connections for vantage.exe

And run "Start chaos license server" from the start menu
