  • 360 degree rendering

    Hi,
    thank you for Vantage.
    there are two problems when I use 360 renders for making VR tours.
    1- when I want to render a little high-quality setting (2000*4000) some of my materials will be Black. and when I use low-quality setting every thing is ok.


    2- WHen I render 360 degree, and I want to use it in panorama viewer, there are a gray vertical line, and every time I should fix it photoshop​

    Hi hamidreza_zallnezhad,

    The vertical line is a known issue and is caused by the NVIDIA denoiser. Please try to render the panoramas with denoiser disabled to see if it disappears. Regarding the materials getting black I have no idea why this would be happening. Can you please send us the scene so we can investigate? You can send us the scene( .vrscene, .vantage and relevant assets) via the contact form​.
